Being flexible in a way that works for you

As a counselor, you’ll be responsible for advising 20-25 students, and all of your counseling sessions with these students are remote. This means, you’re able to set your own schedule, work with students at times that work best for you, and work from anywhere—all you need is a laptop.

Ability to plan for and meet deadlines

Graduate from a top 50, national university

Availability in afternoons, evenings, and/or on weekends to meet with students

Able to commit to students for multi-year assignments

Has exceptional communication and client service skills

Graduate application experience is a plus, but most applicants focus on undergrad admissions.
