On Friday, the star of Duck Dynasty, who is expecting her first child – a daughter – with her husband Christian Huff – revealed that they chose a name: Honey James Huff.

Robertson continued to share the special meaning behind the name, citing the biblical passage from Proverbs 16:24: “Graceful words are like HONEY, sweetness for the soul and health for the body.”

“I always loved that verse,” she explained. “It made me love the idea of ​​everything that honey is. It is a sweet delicacy with a strong healing component.”

Robertson continued: “When Christian and I started dating, we looked at the book of Proverbs together and I remember getting to chapter 16 and, reading verse 24, I said to him, ‘You have words like honey. They are so sweet and heal places in my heart that I didn’t even know needed to be healed ‘. “

According to the future star, the word “honey” is also linked to her first date with Huff, whom she married on November 25, 2019 on her family’s Louisiana farm.

“On our first date, we went to make pottery together and on my cup I just wrote ‘honey’ … because I called him the boy with the words of honey,” wrote Robertson, sharing an image of the romantic past.

Robertson announced her pregnancy for the first time in October, posting a picture of her and Huff nestled on the couch with an ultrasound scan.

In December, Robertson shared with PEOPLE that she and her husband “actually have a baby name, but we are keeping it a secret”.
