Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Mastercraft weapon skins datamined

Three unpublished Mastercraft weapon skins for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone were revealed through a datamine.

In the video below, you can see all three Mastercraft weapon skins dated for Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Warzone. First, there is an AK-47 Mastercraft gun skin, which embellishes the weapon with Soviet marks and even places several rockets on top of the weapon. Talk about pimping a gun.

Then there is an unreleased Mastercraft weapon skin for the AK-47u SMG. While the first Mastercraft gun skin featured some incredibly stylish designs, this SMG redesign basically looks a lot like a nerf gun, although that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Finally, there is a KSP 45 Mastercraft gun skin. This cover is called the Tape Deck, because it actually has a tape player built into the side of the gun (we are in the 1980s, remember). In the gun inspection footage in the video above, it looks like you can actually exchange the tape on the side of the gun for a different band.

If you are not familiar with what these Mastercraft skins are, they are high-level customizations for weapons in Call of Duty games. Remember that they do not influence the actual performance of the weapon in the game, so they are purely cosmetic items that change the entire appearance of the weapon in question.

At the moment, we have no idea when these Mastercraft weapon skins will be available for purchase in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. We also don’t know if any additional Mastercraft skins will arrive outside of the three that were analyzed, but when those three arrive, they will define 2,400 COD points according to the individual package lists on the COD Tracker.
