Two midwives revealed some of the rude things that men say and do after their partners give birth, including one about his wife’s private area.
If you think about how many couples the midwives find in their jobs, then you know they will be full of stories – and horror stories too.
A midwife has shared her experiences on the TikTok delivery ward through her identifier @midwife_tylah, including why she is tired of men misbehaving while their partners are giving birth, reports The Sun.
Together with her friend, another midwife, the women share their stories of “father’s misbehavior in labor” and denounce the questionable actions of some men, including a guy who missed the birth of his baby to “validate a parking ticket”.
They called in another guy for spending all the time on his phone during labor and a man who asked “when will the stretch marks go away” while his partner was lying on the operating table.
“It is when he poops in the hospital bathroom with the door open for me,” said one of the women, while the other added, “It is when he goes to the bar with all his companions in labor.”
Surprisingly, a guy kept asking if his wife’s vagina “would return to normal”, since one of the midwives was in the middle of a “suture” (sewing his wife back after birth).
The revelations only got worse, as another tried to put a hat on the baby while he was crowning.
The video was watched more than 1.1 million times online, with thousands of horrified viewers commenting on the post.
“A HAT WHILE CROWNING. I was going to yeet my man out of there so fast ”, commented a woman.
Another said: “These are really sad. These poor mothers. “
Others shared their own birth stories, with one woman revealing that her partner had asked her to take an “extra stitch” after delivery, while another called her partner for claiming he was “tired” after she had just endured a work
One person commented: “It’s when he says‘ we ’. We do not want pain relief, we are in labor, we want a natural experience. Sorry, but not your body, you don’t have a say. “
Perplexed, a woman insisted that if her partner did this during labor, it would be the end of their relationship. She said, “It is the fact that I would break up with him during my labor if he did this to me.”
Another agreed: “I would literally leave the man if any of these things happened to me.”
A third wrote: “Jeeeeeez, I can’t believe men are true TUUUUU.”
